Bookings, Deposits and Payments
- When making a booking, you will be required to pay a $20.00 deposit.
- This is a non-refundable fee which will be used towards your sitting fee.
- Deposits are not transferrable.
- Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
- The total fee must be made before images will be released.
- Late Bookings: If you are going to be/are more then 15 minutes late for your booking, your session may need to be rescheduled. If no contact is made to advise you will be not attending, your session will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you advise that you are going to be late for your session, but do not attend your session, your deposit will also be forfeited.
Hourly rate and editing
Images are shown to clients at the time they taken for approval. If the client agrees to the images taken, then the images will be edited to the best quality and supplied to the client.Refunds will NOT be given if you later decide you don’t like a photo.
No refunds will be issued due to change of mind after images have been supplied.
Images
All images are taken in raw format, then edited. Your fee includes basic editing of all images. Extensive retouching will attract higher editing fees.
Images are saved to the highest possible quality in jpeg resolution and supplied via Google Drive, disk or USB.
Raw images are not the final product. The unedited photos are not an accurate representation of my work. The raw images need to be edited to the best quality and will NOT be supplied to a client.
Refund Policy
The aim of Jess Hope Photography is to ensure you receive the best photos. If you are unhappy with the final photos in any way, please advise as soon as possible.
- Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs once sent, cannot be returned, Jess Hope Photography has a strict NO REFUND Policy on all digital files. Once a transaction is completed, it is considered to be non-refundable.
- Refunds will NOT be given if you later decide you don’t like a photo.
- In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen event which prevents Jess Hope Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, your session may be rescheduled or a refund of deposit will be given if applicable.
Bookings can be rescheduled in an emergency situation or on the day prior to your session. Your deposit will not be refunded, but remain in place ready for when you can attend.
Travel
I travel to South of Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Ipswich. A travel fee will apply to travel outside these areas.
